Hi, we’re Phiture
We’re the mobile growth consultancy working with the teams behind leading apps like Adobe, Headspace, and LEGO® 👋. We’re setting the standard for growth in the brave new digital world, and we need great people to join our global team!
What to Expect
Join Phiture as a Senior Growth Consultant, PM (Programmatic), owning the day-to-day relationship, communication, and delivery for one or more client accounts. You'll act as the main technical point of contact for client communications, owning conversations and decisions directly with the client, while advising the Growth Lead on strategy and execution.
This is a hands-on, individual account-ownership role. You'll bring deep expertise in paid user acquisition for mobile apps — including SDKs, SKAN's measurement restrictions, the DSP/SSP landscape, and MMPs — and apply it to scale programmatic media buys efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Own Programmatic Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end strategy, setup, and continuous optimization of programmatic media buys (DSPs) to scale user acquisition efficiently, proactively monitoring spend efficiency and creative performance, and independently investigating platform-level technical issues (tracking discrepancies, delivery problems, campaign configuration) before escalating.
- Own the Client Relationship: Own the client relationship end-to-end — day-to-day communication, deliverables (reports, proposals, strategic planning docs), and hands-on execution of the agreed strategy. Lead client meetings, educate clients beyond reporting, and communicate the real, accurate cause of any issue, including when it traces back to our own setup or execution.
- Apply App-Specific Paid Media Expertise: Bring deep expertise in paid user acquisition specifically for mobile apps — SDKs and their implementation, SKAN's measurement restrictions and their implications for testing and attribution, the DSP/SSP landscape, and what an MMP does and why app marketers rely on one.
- Bridge Creative & Performance Data: Read performance data well enough to turn it into real learnings — which messages, angles, or formats are working, and why — and use those insights to brief the creative team and discuss creative direction with them as a peer.
- Analyze Performance & Drive Recommendations: Dive deep into monthly metrics, set targets, analyze trends, and independently identify areas of concern or opportunity, arriving with a point of view and a recommendation grounded in the numbers. Comfort building or reading dashboards in a tool like Looker Studio is expected at a Senior level.
- Guide Client POCs & Junior Team Members: Lightly guide Client POCs and junior team members as they build expertise, while retaining individual ownership of your own accounts. Given a problem, investigate it, propose a course of action, follow through, and close the loop with stakeholders without needing reminders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Need
- Solid app-specific paid UA fluency: including SDKs, SKAN, MMP concepts, and the DSP/SSP landscape.
- Hands-on DSP/programmatic campaign management experience: this is core to the role from day one.
- Independent data interpretation skills: able to arrive at a point of view and recommendation grounded in the numbers, rather than generic or AI-sounding analysis.
- Strong written and verbal client communication skills: with confidence leading client meetings and educating clients beyond reporting.
- A demonstrated track record of proactive ownership: able to walk through a real past troubleshooting example without prompting.
- Genuine interest in programmatic as a channel: this role is programmatic-heavy.
