🚨 Petsmont is hiring: Senior Growth Copywriter & Angle Research Lead
Full-time remote
Compensation: $6,000-$8,500/month USD
This is not a normal copywriting role.
We’re looking for a sharp DTC growth copywriter who can help us find new product angles, write high-converting landing page copy, and turn customer research into profitable tests.
Petsmont is a fast-growing pet wellness brand. We’re looking for someone who can help us uncover what pet parents actually care about, translate those insights into strong positioning, and build landing page concepts that can scale through paid traffic.
This role is for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of DTC/ecommerce copywriting, funnel, or growth experience
- Has written landing pages, advertorials, prelanders, product pages, or funnel copy for paid traffic
- Knows how to turn customer research into angles, hooks, headlines, and page structures
- Understands direct response, conversion copywriting, and performance marketing
- Can think beyond “nice copy” and write for relevance, clicks, scroll depth, and conversion
- Has enough design intuition to structure landing pages clearly, even if they are not a designer
- Is comfortable using AI to speed up research, ideation, and landing page development without producing generic AI copy
- Can work with landing page builders, heatmaps, analytics, and rapid iteration
- Has strong English and can write with emotional precision
- Wants a full-time dedicated role, not freelance client work on the side

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
