About Threecolts

Threecolts is the leading software suite for online & offline consumer brands (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, eBay, etc.). We’ve built a powerful ecosystem of software solutions to help businesses grow smarter — from revenue recovery and retail finance, to multichannel operations and pricing optimization. With over 500 employees globally and strong backing, we’re scaling fast across new markets and new partner channels.

Who We Are

We’re a global team built for speed, trust, and impact. As an AI enabled company, AI is integrated across Threecolts from development through to operations, empowering teams to move faster, build better, improve quality, and make more informed decisions. We hire exceptional people from all backgrounds and give them the autonomy to move fast and the accountability to deliver, where you will wear multiple hats, take ownership of challenges, and proactively solve problems beyond your immediate scope. Change is constant, ambiguity is part of the deal, and clear, concise communication is how we stay aligned, so when in doubt, bring people in.

Job Summary

🛠️ What You'll Do

  • Own the growth infrastructure that turns traffic into paying customers across Threecolts’ self-serve products, spanning website, funnel conversion, lifecycle, and performance.
  • This is a senior, hands-on role. Threecolts is deliberately building a lean marketing team that operates at high capacity using AI, which means senior people build as well as lead. You’ll be expected to ship pages, journeys, tests, and improvements directly rather than relying on designers, developers, or large execution teams.
  • You’ll own the website and page production layer, including site architecture, page builds, and extending our component library so new pages can launch in days rather than weeks. This is hands-on build work using templates, pre-built components, and AI tooling, not a role focused on writing briefs and handing execution to someone else.
  • You’ll own conversion across the self-serve funnel, from first session through trial, activation, and paid. You’ll use analytics and behavioural data to understand where the funnel is leaking, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and continuously test and improve performance.
  • Lifecycle also sits within the role. You’ll design and optimise onboarding, activation, retention, and upgrade journeys across a diverse portfolio of products and customer types. Brand owns voice and messaging standards; you own sequencing, triggers, instrumentation, and commercial outcomes.
  • You’ll also own the technical foundations that support growth across marketing, including technical SEO, tracking, campaign infrastructure, and product-led instrumentation within the scope of the role. You’ll work closely with Brand, Product, RevOps, and Engineering to make sure growth activity is measurable and scalable.
  • Depending on experience, you may also manage a small number of direct reports or external specialists.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

🎯 What's Required

  • Strong hands-on ability to build and launch landing pages without relying on a designer or developer for day-to-day execution
  • Experience working with modern CMS, component-based page systems, no-code or low-code tooling, and AI-assisted build workflows
  • Strong CRO experience, with a track record of improving conversion across self-serve funnels using analytics, experimentation, and behavioural insight
  • Real product-led growth experience, including trial-to-paid conversion, activation, onboarding, and lifecycle optimisation
  • Strong analytics fluency, with the ability to independently diagnose funnel performance and prioritise opportunities by commercial impact
  • Experience building and optimising lifecycle and email journeys based on behavioural triggers rather than purely campaign-led sends
  • Genuinely hands-on experience using AI tools to build, test, analyse, instrument, and increase execution speed
  • Strong commercial literacy, with a working understanding of CAC, conversion rate, payback, retention, and unit economics
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, lean environments where senior people are expected to execute as well as set direction
  • Strong cross-functional working skills, particularly across Product, Brand, RevOps, Engineering, and Finance

🚀 What We're Looking For

  • A hands-on growth operator who is equally comfortable building the infrastructure and improving the numbers that sit on top of it.
  • You think about conversion as a commercial outcome, not a collection of marketing tasks. You can move from identifying a funnel problem in the data to building and shipping the page, journey, or test needed to improve it.
  • You are technically confident enough to work independently. You do not need a designer or developer to ship every change, and you actively use templates, components, automation, and AI to increase your own capacity.
  • You understand product-led growth in practice, particularly the mechanics of turning trial users into activated, paying customers. You see lifecycle as a growth lever rather than simply an email channel.
  • You are commercially minded and comfortable thinking in CAC, conversion, payback, and revenue impact. You can prioritise work based on where it will create the greatest return rather than where there is the loudest internal request.
  • Most importantly, you want ownership of a system rather than ownership of a large team. You are comfortable being in the detail, building alongside others, and creating the infrastructure the rest of marketing depends on.

💰 Compensation, Perks & Benefits

  • Salary: £ 80,000 per year
  • 25 days PTO
  • Healthcare & Pension benefits
  • Opportunity to join company-wide offsites
  • Regular rate reviews and bonus opportunities
  • Fully remote/hybrid working
