Who we are
At Hey Alfie, we're on a mission to transform homeownership by building an AI-powered platform that makes owning and running a home effortless. Homeownership should be simple, but today it's anything but. Maintenance, repairs, finding the right service providers, and staying on top of admin, are fragmented, time-consuming, and inefficient. We think there's a better way - combining automation, expert guidance and seamless access to services to turn a reactive, manual process into a proactive, intelligent one.
We are VC-backed with top-tier investors, launching into a $5 trillion+ global market. This is a rare chance to join an ambitious founding team at the ground floor and build the playbook for how we acquire our first 10,000+ customers.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Growth Manager to own and lead all of our paid acquisition, with Google and Meta at the core and real room to expand into affiliates, direct mail, and beyond. There's no team beneath you and no agency. You'll be in the accounts every day, owning them end to end, from strategy to execution.
You'll work directly with the CEO, VP of Growth, and Product team. You'll also work closely with our Retention Manager, making sure that the customers you bring in are the ones who stay and come back for bigger work.
We are closing our seed round, and the budget will scale significantly once it lands. You will be the one deciding where that money goes and proving it works before we spend more. We are London-only today and expanding to other UK cities from there, so you will also build the playbook for how we launch each new market: what we spend, what we say, and how quickly we know whether it is working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll own
Paid acquisition
Full accountability for spend efficiency and growth across every channel. Getting the most from how the platforms work today: Google’s AI-driven formats (Performance Max, AI Max) and Meta post-Andromeda (creative volume, signal quality, letting the algorithm do the targeting). Plus landing pages and CRO across the whole journey from click to booking.
Creative ideation & production
You will generate ad concepts and messaging, using AI tools and a designer to move fast, and build a testing framework that produces structured learnings rather than one-off wins.
Analysis & strategic direction
CAC, ROAS, the reporting the team runs on, and the tracking underneath it. UTM governance, pixel and CAPI via GTM, and attribution that shows what actually drives revenue. Then using performance data and structured experiments to decide which personas and categories we double down on.
How you work
AI-first, automating your own workflows so almost nothing goes on repetitive tasks. Owning the budget properly: forecasting, pacing, efficient CAC. Working closely with product, engineering and design, and keeping investors updated on growth and performance.

You'll be a fit if
- You have spent 5-10 years hands-on in Google and Meta and you are still in the accounts daily. Not managing people who are.
- You know how Meta works today, post-Andromeda.
- You have scaled paid at a seed or Series A startup on a meaningful monthly budget.
- You are commercially sharp and live in the data. GA4, attribution, BI dashboards, and turning what you see into decisions.
- You can come up with the ads, not just buy the media.
- You ask why constantly and do not wait for a brief.
Nice to have
- TikTok, Pinterest, affiliates or direct mail. Lead generation experience. Home services, marketplace or consumer platform experience, professionally or as a customer who has been through the pain.
Why this role
- Real autonomy - you own the channels, strategy and execution end-to-end, and shape them from the ground up.
- Room to grow - budget doubling and new channels to build as we scale, giving you full-stack paid expertise that is genuinely hard to get anywhere else.
- Category-defining - a real chance to build the acquisition playbook for something new, not optimise an existing one.
- Ground-floor impact - join an experienced, ambitious founding team early and genuinely shape how Hey Alfie grows.
