Senior Growth Manager
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus + benefits
Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid
We're partnering with a fast-growing food grocery business to recruit a Senior Growth Manager who will play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth journey.
Reporting to the Growth Controller, this position offers the opportunity to work alongside leading media, creative and digital agency partners to drive the continued success of one of the UK's favourite brands. This is a highly visible role combining brand strategy, campaign delivery, commercial thinking and stakeholder engagement within a growing FMCG business.
Candidates with experience gained in a growth, digital or integrated agency environment, particularly within account management, brand planning or strategic planning, are especially encouraged to apply.
What you will be doing
- Develop and deliver brand and product growth strategies for a flagship FMCG category
- Partner with the Growth Controller to create and manage a multi-channel brand strategy and communications calendar
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Use consumer data, market research and commercial insight to shape brand decisions and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Create high-quality campaign briefs for media, digital and creative agency partners
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, marketing investment and commercial performance
- Lead post-campaign evaluations and provide recommendations to optimise future activity
- Present campaign performance and strategic updates to senior stakeholders on a quarterly basis
- Build strong relationships with external agency partners, ensuring excellent delivery, creativity and value
- Collaborate with the Brand Director and wider business to develop best-in-class creative and brand communications
- Lead and develop an assistant growth manager

What we are looking for:
- Preferred background: Account management, brand planning, strategic planning or growth marketing
- Proven experience developing and executing growth-driven brand strategies within FMCG, consumer brands, agency or related environments
- Experience within a growth, digital, media, brand or integrated agency setting is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and engage senior audiences
- Excellent understanding of the media landscape, channel performance and marketing investment principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable growth opportunities
- Outstanding communication, briefing and project management capabilities
- A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach with a genuine interest in brand growth
