About Lendable

Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world’s leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start:

  • One of the UK’s most exciting unicorns with a team of over 800 people
  • Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK
  • Profitable since 2017
  • Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs
  • Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on Trustpilot)

So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance. We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days.

We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes.

Join us if you want to

  • Take ownership: you are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1
  • Work in small teams of exceptional people: Lendies are relentlessly resourceful. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions
  • Build the best technology in-house: we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting

About the role

We’re entering a once-in-a-company moment: a major step-change in our D2C marketing investment, a full rebrand of the company and product under the Zable brand, and a marketing function being built out at pace. This is one of the most exciting marketing builds in UK fintech right now, with the financial strength, customer base, and product depth to back it up.

As our Senior Growth Manager (Performance Marketing) for the US and Mexico, you'll be the operational engine behind our growth in two new markets. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll own the tactical campaign management of our digital acquisition across the US and MX - standing up channels from scratch, finding what works, and scaling the winners. You'll manage significant budgets on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, identify and iterate on winning creative concepts, and optimise conversion funnels for two very different markets.

You'll be part of a lean, high-performing team of operators. At Lendable, individual contributors wear many hats. We ask ourselves: what's the most impactful thing I can achieve this week? And then own that thing end to end. This role combines digital strategy with hands-on performance marketing execution - perfect for someone who's a deep specialist in one or more digital channels, with the breadth and appetite to learn fast and build in unfamiliar territory.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, spots opportunities others miss, and gets genuinely excited about turning creative concepts into scaled winners - in markets where there's no existing playbook to lean on. You'll work with sophisticated attribution models, systematic creative testing frameworks and modern growth methodologies.

What we're looking for

Essential:

  • 2–4 years in performance marketing with a strong creative tilt, preferably D2C, challenger brands and/or fintech
  • Deep hands-on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok campaign management experience, managing multi-million annual budgets
  • A strong understanding of effective hooks, messaging and creative formats for social media
  • Familiarity with attribution modelling and incrementality testing concepts
  • A strong analytical mindset; SQL proficiency preferred
  • Comfortable creating and working with AI tools to enhance productivity and analysis
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building in new audiences and markets without an established playbook

Desirable:

  • Experience launching or scaling acquisition in the US and/or Mexican markets
  • Spanish language skills valued but not essential
  • Experience standing up a digital channel or market from scratch
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated consumer categories

You're a good fit if you're:

  • An owner: you see digital marketing opportunities and execute them without detailed instructions
  • Creative and analytical: you balance intuition with data-driven decision making
  • Detail-oriented: you catch performance patterns others miss and build robust testing processes
  • Energised by greenfield: you'd rather build the engine in a new market than take the reigns from someone else
  • Growth-minded: you're here to learn, improve and take on bigger challenges

What you'll be doing

Channel Strategy & Scaling:

  • Own the D2C acquisition strategy for the US and Mexico across paid social and search, driving volume and efficiency against ambitious incremental CAC targets
  • Lead the launch and scale of new high-potential channels while ensuring Meta, Google and TikTok maintain a best-in-class foundation from day one
  • Establish what works in two distinct markets and build the repeatable playbook to scale it

Creative Engine:

  • Drive the performant creative engine: translate customer insights and winning patterns to inform clear, data-informed briefs for our external creator network, ensuring high-performing video content is produced at speed
  • Systematically analyse creative output to build and refine our hook and concept library, providing actionable feedback to the in-house creators
  • Adapt messaging and creative to the cultural and linguistic nuances of the US and Mexican audiences

Optimisation & Measurement:

  • Execute daily and weekly optimisations across paid channels, leveraging internal attribution models to inform bidding and budget allocation decisions
  • Maintain and audit the conversion tracking setup to ensure accurate, high-quality signal engineering for ad platform algorithms
  • Actively triangulate results from multiple attribution sources (e.g. MMM, internal models, incrementality tests) to drive as much impact as possible

Life at Lendable

  • Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies
  • Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. Hybrid roles require three days in-office weekly; fully remote roles include regular opportunities for in-person connection through socials and off-sites
  • Socials & connection: opportunities and events to come together, socialise, and get to know each other beyond the office walls
  • Health coverage: support for your physical and mental wellbeing, including private health cover
  • Retirement & savings: long-term financial wellbeing through retirement savings plans
  • Employee referral programme: earn a competitive bonus when you refer successful new team members
  • Office meals & snacks: enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, plus complimentary lunches prepared by in-house chefs on in-office days at select locations
  • Sustainable commuting: cycle-to-work and electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes available in select locations
