Senior Growth Manager

£37k–£45k base salary plus uncapped commission
Manchester based agency with hybrid working
Opportunity to plan and deliver UK and international campaigns
Work across OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and wider ATL media

About the Client

Due to continued growth, we’re working with a fast growing integrated advertising and marketing agency looking for a Senior Growth Manager focusing on Media Account Management / Media Planning.
This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for someone with around 3–4 years’ experience in media planning, account management or a similar agency role who wants broader exposure across strategy, client relationships, media buying and campaign delivery.

The Senior Growth Manager Role

You’ll take ownership of campaigns from the initial client brief through to planning, buying, delivery and reporting.
Working directly with clients, media owners and internal teams, you’ll build strategic media plans across OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and wider ATL channels. You’ll also manage multiple accounts and campaigns at once, lead client communication and support pitches, proposals and wider growth activity.
This would suit someone currently working as a Media Planner, Account Manager, Media Account Executive or Campaign Manager who is ready to take on more ownership and develop into a broader, commercially focused role.

Senior Growth Manager Essential Skills

  • Around 3–4 years’ experience within media planning, account management or an agency environment
  • Experience planning and buying OOH campaigns
  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience managing campaigns from brief through to delivery
  • Ability to build clear media plans and campaign recommendations
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Commercial mindset and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership
  • Interest in OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and wider ATL media strategy
  • Manchester-based or able to commute to the office four days per week
