Job Description
This is a senior, commercially-minded growth leader who owns the performance of our paid acquisition channels across both of our pillars, member acquisition and general product (guest) sales, and turns acquisition strategy into well-run, well-executed campaigns.
You’ll be the operational engine of the team, owning budgets, forecasts and numbers day to day, driving new acquisition offers from concept to launch, and deputising for the Acquisition Director with Senior Leadership.
Job Requirements
- Multi-channel paid expertise: Meta primary, with Google and TikTok
- Senior growth/performance-marketing experience, ideally in D2C, subscription or membership
- Strong commercial acumen (CAC / LTV / payback) and confidence presenting to senior leadership
- A measurement-first mindset, comfortable with attribution, tracking setup and using data to substantiate decisions
- A structured approach to experimentation and conversion optimisation
- Budget planning and forecasting experience
- Genuine process and project-management strength: you make things happen across cross-functional teams
- People and agency-management experience
- Ideal applicant will have beauty / D2C, membership models, Shopify - however, this is not imperative
Job Responsibilities
This is an extremely important role for the team and the business, we have therefore split the duties out into the following:
Commercial Leadership & Senior Representation
- Bring a commercial lens to everything: fluent in CAC, LTV, payback and channel economics across both pillars (member acquisition and GP/non-member product sales), and able to tell the numbers story clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Represent acquisition in SLT and Trade meetings, including as lead cover during the Acquisition Director's absences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Channel, Budget & Forecasting
- Day-to-day command of Meta, Google and TikTok budgets: know exactly what is happening with spend, CAC and ROAS daily and weekly, and make proactive recommendations.
- Own channel budget planning, forecasting and reallocation: set the spend plan, forecast return, and reforecast as trading and performance dictate.
- Manage the Google paid-search agency relationship, holding it to performance and insight.
Measurement, Tracking & Reporting
- Own the integrity of acquisition measurement (attribution, pixel / CAPI health and conversion tracking across Meta, Google and TikTok), partnering with data / analytics to substantiate performance claims and guide decisions.
- Weekly and monthly reporting against First Order Revenue, CAC and LTV targets.
Experimentation & Conversion
- Own a structured testing roadmap across creative, offer, audience and landing-page angles, isolating one variable at a time so learnings compound rather than staying tied to individual ads.
- Liaise with the Ecommerce team on conversion performance across the acquisition funnel, from ad through landing page to checkout, diagnosing drop-off and prioritising fixes with ecomm and product engineering.
