About the role
Career track: IC4
Unit: LX
We are looking for our first Senior Growth Marketer (IC4) to join our new Study Platform unit. In this high-impact, pioneering role, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing an engaged student user base for our 0-1 Genio Planner product and the broader Genio Study Platform we are building on top of it. You will drive student adoption, nurture an active cohort of learner advocates, and convert user momentum into the evidence and pipelines needed to expand into a high-value, institution-wide B2C2B sales motion.
You will be responsible for:
- User Acquisition & Retention: Building Planner’s D2C user base from zero into a meaningful, retained cohort of student users ahead of and beyond our September 2026 launch.
- Full-Funnel Ownership & Experimentation: Operating in high-ambiguity, pre-PMF environments to design, execute, and analyze rapid growth experiments across paid social, campus ambassador programs, organic SEO, and referral channels.
- Signal Architecture & Budgeting: Defining and tracking crucial metrics like activation, engagement, retention, and .edu concentration while managing the Planner growth budget to defend and optimize spend.
- Product Feedback Loop: Gathering qualitative and quantitative user feedback from Planner users and translating it into clear, prioritized inputs for our product roadmap.
- PLG to Sales Handoff: Working closely with the institutional sales team to spot universities with concentrated student usage and package that data into qualified leads for future high-value sales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
