Senior Growth Marketer (SEO, AI Search, Lifecycle & Social)
INCORE is hiring a strategic, analytical marketer who also ships the work.
We're a boutique digital agency serving U.S. clients across healthcare, education, manufacturing, and more. Clients rely on us to grow their online presence through strategy, design, development, automation, and digital marketing. You'll shape INCORE's marketing direction and lead client growth across classic search, AI search, lifecycle, and social.
Initially, you'll be a one-person powerhouse: shaping frameworks, executing campaigns, building lifecycle journeys, running social, and setting up analytics. As the role grows, you'll build and lead a small team.
π§ How this role is scoped
You own marketing and client growth end to end. You're hands-on with SEO and AI search, positioning, analytics, lifecycle in Customer.io, and social. At the start you run social yourself for INCORE and the first client accounts, using AI and scheduling tools to keep it efficient, and hand off execution as volume grows. For heavy server-side tracking builds you direct a specialist. We hire for ownership and judgment, then add hands under you.
π₯Έ Requirements
- 5+ years in SEO, digital marketing, or web growth strategy (agency or B2B preferred).
- Deep understanding of technical and content SEO, site architecture, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on growth experience in lead gen and e-commerce: funnel design, lead qualification, CRM handoff, e-commerce tracking (AOV, LTV, ROAS).
- Lifecycle marketing, hands-on in Customer.io (or Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot with fast ramp into Customer.io). Core to the role: you design the strategy (onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, win-back, post-purchase, review/referral) and build it yourself: segments, event-triggered journeys, branching, Liquid personalization, transactional messages, A/B tests, webhooks/API.
- Strong working knowledge of AI search visibility across AEO (being the extracted answer in AI Overviews, snippets, voice), GEO (being cited in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Copilot, Grok), and AIO (the entity, reputation, and trust signals that make AI systems recommend a brand). You can explain how each differs from classic SEO and what moves them.
- Social media, strategy and execution, across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube: platform selection by ICP, content pillars, short-form video, social search optimization, and reporting tied to business outcomes. You're comfortable running this yourself at the start (planning, producing, scheduling, posting), using AI for drafting and repurposing and a scheduling tool to keep it efficient, and handing it off as volume grows.
- Strong positioning and messaging fluency: defining ICPs, articulating differentiation, shaping messaging for website copy, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end tracking pipelines: consent layer β client-side GTM β server-side GTM β GA4, ad platforms, CDPs. You specify, QA, and maintain the architecture and are hands-on in GTM/GA4; heavy server-side implementation can go to a specialist under your direction.
- Experience with CMPs (OneTrust, Usercentrics, Cookiebot) and Google Consent Mode v2 for GDPR and CCPA/CPRA compliance.
- Working knowledge of PPC principles and metrics (oversight, not daily management).
- Near-native English fluency: confident communicator comfortable pitching, presenting, and leading client meetings.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SEO: SEMrush or Ahrefs (incl. AI visibility modules), Search Console, Screaming Frog / Sitebulb.
- Analytics: GA4, GTM (web + server-side), Looker Studio.
- Lifecycle: Customer.io (journeys, segments, data pipelines, transactional).
- Social: a scheduling and analytics tool.
- AI tools: Fluent daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini for research, briefs, drafting, editing, synthesizing analytics, and QAing AI output. You know where AI accelerates work, where human judgment is non-negotiable, and how to build voice guides and reusable Projects/Custom GPTs so output reflects the brand.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
