Kallidus is challenging the way organisations think about workplace learning.
For years, the industry has measured success through activity: course completions, engagement scores and learning hours. We believe that's no longer enough.
We're helping organisations move beyond learning activity and focus on what really matters: building capability, improving performance and delivering measurable business outcomes.
We're investing heavily in AI, developing new products, creating original research and building a challenger brand that's reshaping conversations across the industry. Rather than following established thinking, we're creating it, challenging assumptions, questioning accepted measures of success and helping organisations think differently about the role learning plays in business performance.
Marketing sits at the heart of that ambition. We don't just generate demand; we create movements, challenge conventional thinking and help shape where our industry goes next.
The Role
Own the engine behind our growth. As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in turning market momentum into commercial growth.
You'll own the performance of our demand generation and demand capture engine, understanding exactly how prospects move through the funnel, identifying where growth is being constrained and implementing improvements that increase pipeline, improve conversion and drive revenue.
This is a genuinely hands-on role. You'll spend your time inside the data and marketing platforms, analysing performance, launching campaigns, improving landing pages, testing new ideas and continuously optimising the customer journey.
You'll combine deep digital marketing expertise with commercial thinking, using insight to understand what's happening across the funnel and taking action to improve it. Success isn't measured by clicks or impressions. It's measured by pipeline, conversion, revenue and commercial impact.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
