Operating from our London Paddington or Bath offices, we connect data-led performance marketing with creative brand strategy to deliver measurable commercial impact. Joining our team gives you the opportunity to shape multi-channel acquisition campaigns in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing

You'll manage multi-channel paid media campaigns that accelerate digital performance and revenue. You'll work closely with internal brand, e-commerce, commercial, and agency partners to translate business objectives into high-performing marketing strategies.

On a daily basis, you'll manage campaign activity across Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, Spotify, and Reddit. You'll track key metrics like ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates while using AI tools and audience insights to optimise performance. In addition, you'll guide agency relationships, manage campaign budgets, and help build digital marketing capabilities across our portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Manage growth marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, Spotify, and Reddit to drive acquisition and revenue.
  • Partner with external media agencies to ensure campaign plans align with commercial priorities, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
  • Track and analyse campaign metrics, including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Execute structured test-and-learn experiments across messaging, creative formats, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with internal brand, e-commerce, and commercial teams to turn business goals into clear marketing plans.
  • Communicate performance insights and actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience managing paid media channels, particularly Meta and Google Ads, with a focus on commercial growth.
  • Proven ability to manage media agency partnerships collaboratively while ensuring high performance standards.
  • Analytical skills with experience turning campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with structured experimentation and testing frameworks across creative, messaging, and audiences.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity regarding emerging digital tools, automation, and AI applications within marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing in a commercial setting.
  • Proficiency in evaluating channel performance across major paid ad platforms.
  • Track record of using data-driven insights to inform campaign decisions and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agency partners in London Paddington or Bath.
  • Skilled at managing multiple campaign priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

The expected range for this role is £50,000 - £60,000

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days per week from our Bath or London Office.
