WHAT WE DO AT REFLECT DIGITAL?
Reflect Digital is the digital marketing agency your customers will thank you for hiring.
Putting our clients’ customers first, we work closely with ambitious global brands and eCommerce businesses looking to elevate their marketing and move towards true customer-centricity. We help these companies to unleash their digital performance and grow revenue by leveraging human insights and psychological nudges to optimise strategies.
We believe end-customers do not care what channel they find their solution(s) via. The key for brands is to deliver the right message, at the right time in the right place, having built enough of a relationship and trust with the user to drive action or conversion. This is why a deeper understanding of your customer’s journeys, drivers and motivations is needed if you want to deliver exponential growth.
Since we were founded in 2011, we’ve received many awards and recognitions, including BIMA Agency Of The Year 2024, Campaign's 3rd Best Place to Work in 2025, Employer of the Year, and Best Integrated Campaign (Large) 2024 with Brakes, among others, demonstrating both our commitment to our team and delivering truly strategic campaigns for our clients.
THE ROLE
As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you sit right at the heart of our client partnerships—acting as the essential glue that connects big strategy, delivery teams, and client success! Reporting directly to the Client Services Director and working alongside Growth Directors, you'll be a strategic force, acting as a trusted partner to executive client stakeholders and the ultimate internal advocate for our delivery teams.
Your core mission? Challenge the status quo, connect channel performance directly to bottom-line ROI, and turn complex client ambitions into unified, high-impact growth strategies across SEO, Paid Media, Digital PR, and Creative Content. You’ll take full financial and operational ownership of key accounts, balancing high-level consulting and team leadership with continuous thought leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You’re not just managing accounts; you’re orchestrating digital transformation, driving commercial ROI, and mentoring the next generation of marketers. Here is how you’ll make your mark:
The Master Strategist: Driving ROI & Challenging Briefs
- Don't just accept a brief; challenge assumptions that won't deliver real business impact, and quantify total ROI so clients see the exact connection to their bottom line.
- Synthesise insights into one harmonised growth engine; connecting SEO, Paid Media, Digital PR, and Creative Content so they amplify each other seamlessly.
- Serve as the internal voice of the client, ensuring every campaign deliverable lands with deep contextual relevance and hits business targets head-on.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You enjoy coaching junior team members, representing the agency externally, and building strong cross-functional relationships.
