Senior Growth Marketing Manager - London

We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing food businesses and take the lead on the growth of one of its biggest and most exciting product categories.

This is a high-profile role with ownership of a significant marketing budget and the opportunity to shape the growth strategy for a best-selling consumer brand with ambitious plans for the UK market.

You’ll sit at the heart of brand strategy, consumer insight, media and commercial growth, working with senior leadership and some of the UK’s leading creative and media agencies to turn ambitious growth targets into brilliant, effective marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building the brand and product growth strategy for a major FMCG category
  • Identifying where future growth will come from and how marketing can unlock it
  • Developing the annual marketing and communications plan
  • Making recommendations on where and how significant marketing investment should be deployed
  • Leading major multi-channel campaigns from strategy and briefing through to launch
  • Partnering with leading media, creative and digital agencies
  • Using consumer, brand, media and commercial data to measure effectiveness and inform future strategy
  • Presenting performance, learnings and investment recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Managing and developing an Assistant Growth Marketing Manager

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have strong experience in brand, growth or consumer marketing, ideally within FMCG or another consumer-led business
  • Have developed and delivered large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Understand media strategy, planning and investment
  • Are confident working with data and turning insight into clear commercial recommendations
  • Have experience managing creative and/or media agencies
  • Can confidently influence and present to senior stakeholders
  • Are equally comfortable developing the big-picture strategy and getting into the detail to make it happen
  • Have people management or coaching experience

This would be a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Brand Manager, Senior Marketing Manager or Growth Marketing Manager looking for broader strategic ownership, significant investment responsibility and the chance to make a visible impact within a rapidly growing consumer.
