Employment Type: Full-Time

Our Mission

Social Paradigm Group is the result of two of the UK's leading D2C agencies - Social Nucleus and Paradigm Media - merging to form a single group built around one goal: helping ambitious ecommerce brands grow profitably.

With 60+ brand partners, £100M+ in annual managed ad spend, proprietary tech built in-house (AdSynth and eCompass), and elite teams across paid media, creative, email and strategy, we're building something no other agency group in the UK has under one roof.

The Role

We're growing fast and we're hiring a Senior Growth Strategist to take ownership of Meta ad accounts across a portfolio of DTC ecommerce clients spanning health, fashion, beauty and more.
This is a high-pressure, high-reward role. You'll be working directly with clients, managing significant budgets, and operating across multiple niches - often pivoting quickly between them. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your results, and want to build a career at one of the UK's most exciting agency groups, this is the role for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
