About Enablement & the Role
Enablement exists to be a strategic partner to our GTM roles—building role proficiency through clear, scalable programs that align to business priorities. We drive accountability and adoption so teams execute with confidence, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve our revenue outcomes.
As Senior Enablement Manager, EMEA, you’ll be Apollo’s first dedicated enablement hire in EMEA, helping shape how enablement supports one of our most important growth regions.
You’ll serve as the strategic enablement partner and primary point of contact for EMEA Revenue, bridging global enablement and GTM strategy to local field execution. You’ll work closely with EMEA Sales Leadership and frontline managers to identify the highest-impact performance opportunities, strengthen seller and manager proficiency, and improve execution across the sales motion.
You’ll have primary field enablement responsibility for our EMEA Account Executive and Account Management teams and serve as the local enablement partner for BDRs, Solutions Consultants, GTM Engineers, and the broader EMEA Revenue organization.
As Apollo continues to grow and hire across EMEA, new-hire onboarding and ramp will be a significant focus for this role. You’ll partner closely with our Global Onboarding Program Manager to drive the global Revenue onboarding experience in EMEA, support new hires through their first 90 days, and ensure regional insights continuously improve the global program.
You’ll also partner closely with the North America-based Sales Enablement Manager and global functional partners to scale what works, maintain consistency where it matters, and ensure EMEA insights help shape our broader enablement strategy.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy and influence. We’re looking for someone who can move comfortably from diagnosing a business problem to setting strategy, aligning senior stakeholders, building the solution, and driving measurable adoption and impact in the field.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Strong judgment working across global and regional organizations, balancing global consistency with the needs of local markets and teams.
