Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst based in United Kingdom.
As a Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex Go-to-Market data into trusted insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will own the reporting framework, KPI governance, and analytics requirements across the GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring data consistency and operational excellence. Working closely with operations, engineering, business systems, finance, and commercial teams, you will translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions that support growth. This role combines business analysis, data governance, product ownership, and business intelligence in a collaborative, fast-paced SaaS environment. It is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges while shaping the future of GTM analytics.
Accountabilities
- Own the Go-to-Market reporting framework, including KPI definitions, business logic, reporting standards, and analytics governance.
- Translate business questions into detailed reporting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, and process documentation.
- Act as Product Owner for reporting and analytics initiatives by managing project backlogs, stakeholder alignment, and solution prioritization.
- Design and oversee scalable Power BI reporting solutions built on governed datasets and standardized business logic.
- Define data models, reporting structures, KPIs, and visualization standards to support executive decision-making.
- Establish and maintain governance standards for GTM data across leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, customer lifecycle, and activity management.
- Monitor data quality, investigate reporting discrepancies, and resolve business logic or system integration issues through root-cause analysis.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation covering KPI definitions, reporting requirements, data lineage, transformation logic, and operating procedures.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Operations, Finance, Business Systems, and Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable end-to-end data flows.
- Evaluate and support the adoption of AI-powered tools and automation initiatives to enhance GTM reporting and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, or similar GTM-focused roles within a SaaS environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated Power BI dashboards.
- Strong expertise in SQL, DAX, Databricks, Power BI, and enterprise reporting environments.
- Deep understanding of KPI design, dimensional data modeling, reporting governance, data lineage, and analytics best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market operational processes, including demand generation, pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity management, customer lifecycle, retention, and executive reporting.
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and producing detailed documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, source-to-target mappings, and reporting specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with AI and automation technologies, as well as GTM platforms such as Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar solutions, is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of data privacy and governance principles is a plus.
