We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior GTS Business Finance Partnering and Insight.
In this role, you will play a central part in delivering high-quality, transparent financial analysis and supporting the business’s strategic objectives. Partnering with management and senior stakeholders across GTS, CIB and Finance to clearly articulate the business’s core strengths, capabilities and delivery.

In this role you will:
- Support strategic projects and business transformation initiatives, providing robust financial insight to inform decision-making.
- Develop and advance financial performance analytics, including data and AI-enabled capabilities, alongside market research and competitor analysis to generate actionable business insight and improve outcomes.
- Translate complex financial and operational information into clear plans and measurable actions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, taking a leading role in partnering with Global and Regional GTS business and Finance teams to support the effective implementation of projects and business-as-usual processes, while sharing best practices across regions.
- Enhance the team’s operational effectiveness by proactively identifying opportunities to streamline, automate and optimise processes, improving efficiency and overall performance.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Bring substantial experience across FP&A, commercial finance, business management, COO, finance business partnering or transformation finance in a large complex organisation.
- Demonstratable capability in planning, forecasting, investment appraisal, cost management and benefits realisation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex financial and operational topics clearly with senior stakeholders.
- A strong execution focus, with the ability to escalate issues proactively while maintaining a flexible, solutions-oriented approach.
- Have a strong understanding of profit and loss and balance sheet drivers within a banking business.
- A professional finance qualification is preferred and financial system knowledge (TM1/Omnia) would be beneficial.
