About The Role
The Bamford Wellness Spa at Daylesford Farm is seeking a talented and passionate part-time or full-time Senior Hair Stylist to join their team. This opportunity is perfect for professionals committed to delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment.
The Hair Hut offers services in restoring hair health, including detox treatments and expert styling.

- Hours: Part-time or Full-time 16-40 hours available, Tuesday to Saturday.
- Salary: £15.10 per hour, weekly pay.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and ensuring they receive a 5-star service.
- Providing expert haircuts, blow-dries, and tailored treatments focused on hair health and detoxification.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and adhering to the Bamford philosophy to the highest professional standard.
- Collaborating with a team of wellness professionals to offer a holistic experience to clients.
- Bringing our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
- Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.
Skills You Will Bring
- 3 years experience in hairdressing with a level 3 NVQ.
- A brand champion who believes wholeheartedly on the importance of the overall customer experience.
- Flexibility & positive energy.
- Excellent communication skills are key to this role.
- A natural team player who can bring inspiration and creativity.
- Your professionalism and attitude will reflect the Bamford brand.
