Senior Hair Stylist / Hairdresser

Location: Namis Beauty - Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32 0BQ

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £16 - £18 per hour / £35,000 – £45,000 per year (depending on experience and performance) + Commission


Full Job Description:

Namis Beauty is a well-established and expanding women’s beauty and aesthetics clinic offering premium services across hair, beauty, nails, aesthetics, laser, and wellness.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hair Stylist / Hairdresser to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hair professional looking for long-term stability, career growth, and the chance to become a key part of a growing salon brand.

The ideal candidate must be confident in delivering a full range of women’s hair services to a high professional standard while providing an exceptional client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional women’s hair services including:
    • Hair cutting and styling
    • Blow-dries and finishing
    • Hair colouring and root touch-ups
    • Highlights and T-sections
    • Balayage and advanced colouring techniques
    • Keratin and hair smoothing treatments
    • Perming and other specialist hair treatments
    • Special events/ bridal hair styling
  • Conduct professional client consultations and provide expert recommendations
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer care
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques, and products
  • Support the salon team and contribute to a positive working environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a qualified women’s Hair Stylist / Hairdresser for at least 5 years
  • Strong knowledge of cutting, colouring, balayage, highlights, special events/ bridal hair styling and hair treatments
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in Hairdressing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, reliable, and confident working independently
  • Passionate about the beauty and hair industry
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have work authorisation in UK

Contract & Benefits

  • Premium salary of £16 - £18 per hour / £35,000 – £45,000 per year

Working Schedule

  • Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
