Senior Robotics Hardware Engineer | Competitive Salary
We’re partnered with a fast-growing robotics and AI company developing next-generation autonomous manufacturing systems. Their platform combines modular robotics hardware with AI-driven automation to deliver scalable industrial solutions across advanced manufacturing environments.
What will you be doing?
- Owning the design and development of robotic hardware subsystems
- Designing actuators, grippers, and precision electromechanical systems
- Leading mechanical product development from concept through to production
- Creating detailed CAD designs, tolerancing, and manufacturable solutions
- Building and testing prototypes to validate performance and reliability
- Collaborating with software, controls, autonomy, and external engineering partners
- Supporting supplier interaction, DFM processes, and production readiness

What do you need to have?
- Strong background in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Experience owning complex hardware systems from concept to production
- Experience with robotic actuators, motors, gear systems, or electromechanical design
- Advanced CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar)
- Strong understanding of DFM, tolerancing, and manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience building, testing, and debugging hardware systems
