Senior Haute Couture Seamstress with Fitting Expertise

Due to the continued growth of the Maison, we are seeking exceptional Senior Haute Couture Seamstresses with extensive fitting experience to join our London atelier.

The defining requirement for this position is an exceptional standard of Haute Couture execution, with particular emphasis on traditional hand-sewing techniques and the refinement of every detail.

Candidates must demonstrate outstanding craftsmanship, strong technical autonomy and an uncompromising approach to quality. Complete mastery of industrial sewing machines is also essential.

Every garment must be constructed and finished with absolute precision, both externally and internally.

As this is a client-facing position involving international travel, candidates must also be accomplished fitters, able to represent the Maison with confidence, discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construct complex Haute Couture garments from start to finish.
  • Execute highly refined hand-sewing, machine construction and traditional couture-finishing techniques.
  • Work confidently with delicate, embroidered, embellished and high-value fabrics.
  • Interpret complex garment construction and execute technical and fitting requirements with absolute precision.
  • Proactively identify and resolve construction and fitting challenges in close collaboration with the atelier management team.
  • Conduct private client fittings in London and internationally.
  • Accurately assess fit, balance and proportion, communicating all required alterations clearly to the atelier.
  • Ensure a discreet, professional and reassuring client experience throughout fittings.
  • Travel internationally for fittings, alterations and deliveries, including at short notice when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
