Senior Consultant – Risk & Health
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Consultant – Risk & Health to join a growing International firm looking to grow their presence in the UK market.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can combine strong technical and consulting expertise across risk and health with a genuine passion for business development and winning new opportunities.
You will work closely with clients to understand their risk and health needs, develop innovative and practical solutions, and provide high-quality advice that delivers measurable value. Alongside client delivery, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, contributing to proposals and pitches, and helping to grow our portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality consultancy and advisory services across risk and health, tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and act as a credible senior adviser.
- Lead and contribute to client projects, ensuring high standards of quality, commerciality and delivery.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new business.
- Generate leads and actively contribute to the new business pipeline, from initial opportunity through to successful conversion.
About You
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, client-focused and confident operating at a senior level.
You will ideally have:

- Significant experience in a risk and health consulting/advisory environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to translate complex issues into clear, practical recommendations.
- A proven track record of business development and winning new clients or expanding existing accounts.
- Experience leading or contributing to proposals, tenders and competitive pitches.
