HSE Recruitment are working with a exciting growing energy provider who are looking for a Senior Health and Safety Manager in a central function role, to support the Group Head of HSE in delivering on strategy.
This will be a National role supporting 6 sites across the UK. You will ideally be based around Yorkshire or the Midlands so you can easily access all the sites. It will be a hybrid role with travel to sites a few days a week and home working/ office presence (depending on location) expected.
Being a central function role, this role doesn’t have any direct reports but will be very hands on in supporting the sites and ensuring consistency and sharing of best practice.

You will own and lead companywide projects such as behavioural change projects, deliver and embed projects from end to end, articulate findings and progress to the board, and coach and develop the staff. It is your role to know what is coming down the line, be that barometer of what practice look like and add value across the business.
What we are looking for:
- Multisite experience in a HSE Manager role or above. Experience in a central function role would be beneficial but not essential.
- Proven experience of leading end to end projects and successfully driving behavioural change.
- Experience within high risk sectors such as energy, waste or manufacturing would be desirable.
- Diploma level qualified in Health and Safety.

Salary and package includes:
- Salary of £85,000-95,000
- 20% bonus
- 6% matched pension
There is no car or car allowance here but they will pay for all travel expenses and can provide hire cars.
