About the Role
Are you interested in being part of the West Caithness Health and Social Care Integrated Team? If so, this is the post for you.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the West Caithness Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and supporting people after they have left hospital. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative. The post-holder will provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to the local community.

A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes. Travel expenses are available. There are pool vehicles available in rural areas.
This is a permanent post of 28 hours working 11.00 -14.00 and 17.00 - 22.00 worked on a rota basis of four days on four days off or as per service requirements. Enhancements are paid for unsociable hours and weekend work. Additional hours are also available through the integrated staff bank.
