Health & Safety Advisor

Location: South Wales (Hybrid with regional travel)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

We're supporting a growing renewable energy and infrastructure business in the search for a Health & Safety Advisor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a portfolio of major energy projects across both development and construction phases, helping to strengthen internal Health & Safety capability as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Health & Safety across renewable energy and infrastructure projects from development through to construction.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews across project locations.
  • Advise project teams on CDM responsibilities, risk management, and safety governance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to promote best practice.
  • Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
  • Experience within construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, or civil engineering environments.
  • Good understanding of CDM Regulations and client-side Health & Safety responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence others positively.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach, comfortable working within a growing and fast-paced organization.
