Senior Health & Safety Advisor

£45,000 - £60,000 total package plus bonus

Permanent

Manchester/Liverpool/Leeds (Northwest region)

I am searching for a health and safety professional who has strong hands-on experience working across infrastructure environments, this can be civil engineering or construction. The ideal candidate will be based in Northwest region and happy to travel across multiple sites.

The Senior Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for health & safety
  • Work with site teams to drive best practice across HSEQ
  • Able to work autonomously and manage their own diary and workload.
  • Support the team to create a positive health & safety culture
  • Lead on accident investigations and near misses to identify root causes and implement improvement plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all areas of HSEQ
  • Promote Health & Safety initiatives
  • Manage internal & external stakeholders

The Senior Health & Safety Advisor will have responsible for:

  • 3 year + experience working in health & safety
  • NEBOSH Certificate minimum, ideally Diploma level qualified or working towards
  • Experience working in civil engineering or the construction industry
  • Happy to travel across the region 3/4 days a week or when required.
