About Us

We get construction and home improvement companies more jobs by generating leads through paid ads. Roofers, builders, driveway firms, kitchen fitters: we fill their diaries. Our average client generates £70k/month from our ads. We're growing fast, and we need someone who can turn a sceptical business owner into a client by asking the right questions and getting them to talk themselves into the close.

The Role

You'll work inbound leads from our Facebook ads from start to finish. You'll contact them, book the appointment and close the deal. We have two offers:

  • 3-Month Partnership – £5,000
  • 6-Month Partnership – £8,000

Both are paid in full on the call.

These are cold inbound leads, and many of them have been burnt by agencies before. They're blunt, busy, and they'll know within two minutes whether you're worth their time. Your job is to earn their trust, understand their business, and lead them to a yes they feel good about.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your performance decides your lead flow. The better you close, the more ad spend we put behind you, and the more leads you get.

  • 20% commission on every deal: £1,000 per 3-Month Partnership, £1,600 per 6-Month Partnership

You Are

  • A proven closer with [2+] years selling high-ticket services (£3k+) for an agency, remotely over Zoom and phone
  • Happy to set your own appointments from inbound leads, not just take calls that arrive pre-booked
  • Someone who can show the receipts: close rate, revenue closed, your best month
  • Comfortable running your own pipeline, follow-ups and CRM without anyone chasing you
  • Able to handle objections without being pushy. You'd rather qualify someone out than force a bad deal.

  • You fold under pressure
  • You need a script handed to you before you can close

  • Your best month in numbers: calls taken and deals closed
