Senior Hospitality & Client Service Host

£40,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Our clients are looking for an experienced Senior Hospitality & Client Host to deliver exceptional hospitality and client service within the London head office of a leading international professional services firm.
This is a highly client-facing senior role, supporting senior clients, partners, executives, and VIP visitors across meeting rooms, hospitality areas, and events.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced Senior Hospitality Supervisor, Senior Client Host, or Assistant Hospitality Manager from a high-end corporate hospitality operation, 5-star hotel, or private members' club.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, polished, and highly professional client experience.
- Anticipate client needs and consistently go above and beyond expectations.
- Ensure meeting rooms and hospitality areas are presented to an exceptional standard.
- Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Take ownership of requests and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Support the delivery of meetings, hospitality, and corporate events.
- Supervise and support the hospitality team, maintaining consistently high standards.

You will have:
- Experience in 5-star hotels, high-end corporate hospitality, or private members' clubs environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail.
- A natural ability to anticipate client needs and deliver a personalized service.
- Experience dealing confidently with senior clients, executives, & VIPs.
- Strong supervisory & team management experience.
- A calm, professional, and proactive approach.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
