Part of The Bicester Collection, Bicester Village doesn't do ordinary. Set in the heart of rural Oxfordshire, well connected across the UK, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 160 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.

The Hospitality team is hiring a Senior Hospitality Manager.

The role

In this role, you will lead the delivery of exceptional luxury hospitality at La Maison, our premium VIP space at Bicester Village. You will shape a world-class beverage and events offering, build a high-performing team, and create the kind of personalised, effortless experiences that stay with our guests long after they leave.

Location: Bicester Village (On-site)

To be considered for this position, candidates will need to have significant experience in curating premium beverage menus and managing premium bar services and teams.

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

  • Owning the full beverage operation, from curating seasonal menus and managing stock to building strong supplier and brand partner relationships
  • Hosting and delivering bespoke experiences for our most exclusive guests, leading the team to anticipate needs and exceed expectations at every touchpoint
  • Driving operational excellence through refined service standards, briefing routines and a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in luxury hospitality leadership, within a five-star hotel, private members' club or high-end events environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage high-profile guests with warmth, discretion and cultural intelligence
  • Commercial acumen and a data-informed mindset, with the ability to translate guest feedback and performance insight into practical action
