The Hospitality team is hiring a Senior Hospitality Manager.
The role
In this role, you will lead the delivery of exceptional luxury hospitality at La Maison, our premium VIP space at Bicester Village. You will shape a world-class beverage and events offering, build a high-performing team, and create the kind of personalised, effortless experiences that stay with our guests long after they leave.
Location: Bicester Village (On-site)
To be considered for this position, candidates will need to have significant experience in curating premium beverage menus and managing premium bar services and teams.

What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Owning the full beverage operation, from curating seasonal menus and managing stock to building strong supplier and brand partner relationships
- Hosting and delivering bespoke experiences for our most exclusive guests, leading the team to anticipate needs and exceed expectations at every touchpoint
- Driving operational excellence through refined service standards, briefing routines, and a culture of continuous improvement
What we're looking for

- Significant experience in luxury hospitality leadership, within a five-star hotel, private members' club, or high-end events environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage high-profile guests with warmth, discretion, and cultural intelligence
- Commercial acumen and a data-informed mindset, with the ability to translate guest feedback and performance insight into practical action
