Recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 for the second year in a row, Kricket is a collection of modern Indian restaurants that combine British ingredients with the flavours and aromas of India. Having started life in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates permanent locations in Brixton, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch alongside our award-winning bar concept, SOMA. The group is looking to grow further in London and internationally.

Our Soho restaurant is located just a one-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus. It's an oasis in the heart of the city, with a theatre kitchen, counter seating, and long sharing tables. With exciting plans for growth, this is a fantastic time to join our journey!

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Host to join the Soho team! Someone who can run the door with ease, managing seven rooms confidently to maximise covers before the shift and during. You will be responsible for enhancing the guests experience by bringing prior knowlegde, personailty, and bundles of energy. Our Hosts get stuck into service during quieter moments, helping the wider team take orders, run food and drink, and interact with guests. This role also includes one reservation shift per week, and the perfect candidate will be flexible in supporting other Kricket restaurants with Host shifts when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
