The role
To support the Housing Service in delivering quality services and meeting the requirements of the Consumer Standards as set out by the Housing Regulator.
To support our strategic housing function and to ensure systems provide appropriate, clean analytical data and business intelligence to ensure we are proving appropriate services to our customers and colleagues.
Involvement in projects which will implement new technology, new business process and change the way people work across the whole Housing Service.

Key Requirements
- To manage the day-to-day activities of the Housing Technical Support Team.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of all financial processes within the Housing Service including the annual rent review, BACS processing, Benefit entitlements, investigating lost payments and ensuring they are reconciled.
- Provide effective business support for colleagues across the service, working in partnership to understand their needs and deliver support and solutions that help to deliver on shared business objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum A Level (or equivalent) Maths, English and Computer Sciences/ICT
- At least 2 years experience in an IT or Finance environment
