Macmillan Davies is partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Senior HR Administration Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead a busy HR Administration team, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR operations across the employee lifecycle while driving service excellence and supporting business growth.
Main Duties Include
- Lead, coach, and support the HR Administration team.
- Oversee HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
- Manage workloads, monitor performance, and ensure SLA and payroll deadlines are met.
- Carry out quality checks and identify process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Deputise for the HR Administration Manager when required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous HR Administration or HR Advisor experience with team leadership responsibilities.
- Able to demonstrate HR administration best practice with a strong operational focus.
- Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
