Senior HR Admin Advisor
The Senior HR Admin Advisor is a key leadership position within the Admin team, designed to support the firm's growth and the strategic objectives of the HR Operations team as well as deputising for the HR Admin Manager whilst also leading their own Admin team.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure compliance with key processes, conduct quality audits, and maintain service standards within agreed SLAs.
- Use MI to allocate work effectively, balance workloads, and monitor team performance.
- Oversee key processing activities (e.g. payroll), ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Identify development needs and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team capability.

- Leading the implementation of complex process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Taking ownership of key annual HR processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Acting as the first escalation point for HR Admin Advisors and their teams.
- Supporting other HR Operations Managers and representing the Admin team when required.
- Deputising for the HR Admin Manager, ensuring continuity of operational activities.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven HR administration experience with strong knowledge of HR processes and best practice.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Global mindset with the ability to adapt approaches to different regional requirements and make sound decisions independently.
