About RGH Global
RGH Global is an international people, recruitment and workforce optimisation group. We help organisations find exceptional talent, strengthen their teams and support their people through growth and change.
Our businesses span Executive Search, Professional Recruitment, Large-Scale Deployment, Workforce Optimisation and HR & Advisory services, with operations across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.
We are entrepreneurial, collaborative and continually evolving. Working here means connecting with colleagues around the world, learning how different businesses and markets operate, and seeing the impact of your contribution.
Our workforce optimisation solution, Epitome, is becoming one of the leading SaaS platforms for talent insight and is a huge area of growth for us now and in the future.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of our global People & Culture team.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of People & Culture, you will work closely with colleagues in the UAE, Southeast Asia and the Americas to deliver a responsive, reliable HR service across our brands and businesses.
Your work will cover the employee lifecycle: welcoming new joiners, preparing contracts, maintaining our HR systems, supporting employee queries and helping manage individual employee cases. One day you might coordinate an international onboarding; the next, support an absence case, improve a BambooHR workflow or help introduce a new people initiative.
You will have ownership of your day-to-day work, access to experienced colleagues and opportunities to broaden your HR knowledge. You won’t need expertise in every country’s employment requirements, but you will need sound judgement, curiosity and the confidence to seek advice when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting people throughout their time with RGH
- Coordinate onboarding, ensuring new colleagues have their documentation, checks, systems access and a welcoming start.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, salary and role changes, contractual amendments and other employee correspondence.
- Manage the administration of employee changes and offboarding, coordinating with colleagues across HR, Finance, IT and the wider business.
- Track probation reviews, contract dates, right-to-work and visa documentation, and other important employment milestones.
- Support holiday, absence and leave administration, recognising that requirements vary across our employee populations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Supporting employee queries and case management
- Act as an approachable first point of contact for routine HR queries, providing clear guidance and following issues through to resolution.
- Support day-to-day employee relations cases, including absence, probation, performance concerns and workplace issues, with guidance from the People & Culture Team.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, take accurate notes and maintain confidential case records.
- Track agreed actions and deadlines, helping ensure cases progress promptly and consistently.
- Recognise when an issue needs escalation or input from a regional colleague, Legal or an external adviser.
Keeping our systems, information and processes working well
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records within our HRIS and supporting files.
- Use our HRIS to manage employee updates, workflows, reminders and routine reporting, helping colleagues get the most from the system.
- Maintain current policies, handbooks and employee documentation, supporting clear communication of updates.
- Keep up to date on legislative changes and best practices to stay compliant globally.
- Identify practical ways to simplify processes, reduce duplication and improve the employee experience.
Contributing to a growing global business
- Coordinate with global colleagues and external advisers to support local HR and compliance requirements.
- Support recruitment administration, offer processes and pre-employment checks.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects, which may include learning and development, recognition, employee engagement, talent management and L&D.
- Build strong working relationships across different cultures, brands and time zones.
- Develop knowledge of our Epitome platform, supporting our internal platform and continuing to build knowledge and skills in all aspects of talent management and workforce optimisation.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone who enjoys both the people and the practical detail of HR: someone who can offer a helpful response, spot a missing detail and keep things moving.
You will have:
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Administrator, or in a similar People role.
- A good practical understanding of the employee lifecycle and UK HR and employment practices. International jurisdictional experience would be very beneficial.
- Experience supporting employee relations casework, with the judgement to recognise when further guidance is needed.
- Confidence preparing employment documentation and handling sensitive employee information.
- Experience using an HRIS, ideally BambooHR, including maintaining records, managing workflows and producing reports.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance deadlines, employee queries and changing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly with contracts, payroll information and people data.
- Clear, thoughtful written and verbal communication.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
- A practical approach, discretion and a willingness to take ownership through to completion.
- International HR experience, or experience within recruitment, professional services or a multi-entity business, would be welcome but is not essential.

Working Arrangements
The role is London-based. During probation, we expect greater office presence to support your onboarding, learning and relationships across the business. Following successful completion of probation, the role will move to a hybrid and flexible working model.
As we work across several time zones, occasional flexibility around hours may be needed. Flexibility should work both ways, and we will agree a practical approach within your working pattern.
Whether you are building on your HR experience or returning to work, this is an opportunity to bring your skills to an international business where your contribution will be visible and valued.
