We are working with a growing HR Consultancy, and they are looking for a Senior HR Administrator / HR Coordinator to join the team ASAP.

The role is a hybrid position – 2 days from home, 2 days in the office and 1 day visiting clients (so some travel is expected and can be expensed).

The role will involve working one day per week at clients’ offices, so it is essential that candidates have access to a car and hold a full driving license.

This role would be ideal for an experienced HR Administrator / HR Coordinator who has proven experience supporting across the full employee lifecycle and would like to move into a role that will give them exposure to ER and HR advisory responsibilities.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of a team of 5 people, providing a HR service to a range of clients from 10-300 employees across a range of industries
  • The role will be 70% HR Administration and 30% ER & HR Advisory
  • Manage all aspects of HR administration, including preparing contracts, offer letters, onboarding, offboarding, probation and leaver processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment, updating job descriptions and all recruitment administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems (using a number of different systems)
  • Update company policies and handbooks in line with UK legislation.
  • Manage the HR inbox and 1st point of contact for queries
  • Support Employee Relations, including absence, return-to-work, probation, low-level performance and conduct matters.
  • Coach managers on routine HR policies and procedures.
  • Support first-stage investigations and prepare documentation and outcome letters.
  • Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Produce HR reports, letters and management information.
  • Input payroll changes and benefits administration where required.
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support with various HR projects, including system efficiency and improvement projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
