The role
We are seeking a Senior HR Adviser to provide expert advice and support to managers and senior leaders on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, and organisational change.
In this role, you will;
- Manage employee relations cases.
- Advise and coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Support organisational change, restructures, and consultations.
- Analyse and present workforce data and insights.
- Ensure establishment data is accurate and supports workforce reporting.
- Support and guide HR Advisers and HR Administrators.
- Contribute to HR projects and service improvements.

About you.
You will have:
- Significant generalist HR experience, including employee relations casework.
- A sound understanding of employment law, HR policy, and best practice.
- Experience supporting organisational change and restructures.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present workforce data.
- A Level 5 HR qualification (or equivalent experience). CIPD membership is desirable.
