Description
As a Senior HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to managers, supporting them across the full employee life-cycle and helping to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers across the business
- Managing employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
- Supporting the full employee life-cycle, from on-boarding through to off-boarding
- Advising managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice
- Supporting HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Managing and updating cases through the organisation's HR ticketing system
- Assisting with the development and implementation of people processes and initiatives
Profile
- Previous experience within a generalist Advisor role
- Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently
- A good understanding of employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload

Job Offer
- Salary up to £42,000
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Base office is in Solihull with travel to other sites required
