Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a senior, hands-on role where you can make a real impact?

We're seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support managers across a diverse organisation, providing expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, performance management, absence management, recruitment, wellbeing and HR best practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving complex people challenges and helping drive a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
  • Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities.
  • Analyse HR data and provide management reports.
  • Assist with organisational change and TUPE projects.
  • Develop HR processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Line manage and support members of the HR team.
  • Deputise for the HR Manager when required.

What We're Looking For

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong HR Generalist background
  • Extensive Employee Relations experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Experience coaching and influencing managers
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using HR systems and reporting tools
