Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a senior, hands-on role where you can make a real impact?
We're seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support managers across a diverse organisation, providing expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, performance management, absence management, recruitment, wellbeing and HR best practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving complex people challenges and helping drive a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
- Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Analyse HR data and provide management reports.
- Assist with organisational change and TUPE projects.
- Develop HR processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Line manage and support members of the HR team.
- Deputise for the HR Manager when required.

What We're Looking For
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong HR Generalist background
- Extensive Employee Relations experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Experience coaching and influencing managers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using HR systems and reporting tools
