Senior HR Advisor - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Solihull/Birmingham - Hybrid

Our client is a well-established and growing professional services organisation with multiple offices across the Midlands. Following a period of expansion, they are continuing to invest in their people function and are seeking an experienced HR professional to support the business through an exciting phase of growth and development.
They are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Senior HR Advisor to join a growing professional services organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR generalist with strong employee relations experience to partner with managers and employees across the business, providing expert advice and support on a wide range of people matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR advice and support to employees, line managers, and senior leaders across the business.
- Manage and advise on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance-related issues.
- Conduct investigations and support formal meetings and hearings.
- Coach and guide managers on people management best practices and employment legislation.
- Draft formal HR correspondence and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support probationary reviews and performance management processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment and selection activities.
- Organise and coordinate training courses, development programmes, and HR-related events.
- Liaise with external training providers and maintain learning and development schedules.
- Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple office locations.
- Keep up to date with employment law developments and support policy and process updates.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven generalist HR experience, ideally within a professional services or fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience coaching, advising, and influencing managers on people-related matters.
- Recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Good IT skills and strong attention to detail.
