We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor

Location: London
Type: Permanent
Salary: £49,000 to £54,740
Working Pattern: Hybrid with occasional travel to our Milton Keynes office.

What you will be doing

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and people processes.
  • Lead on employee relations cases, including absence, probation, conduct, performance, disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Produce and review HR policies, ensuring they remain practical and aligned with current employment legislation.
  • Support HR Business Partners with people activity, including performance management, absence management and learning and development.
  • Support organisational change activity, including preparing documentation and coordinating consultation processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and use HR systems and data to support reporting and continuous improvement.

What you will need

Experience

  • Experience working in an HR advisory or generalist HR role.
  • Experience providing HR advice to managers on policies, procedures and people matters.
  • Experience managing or supporting a range of employee relations cases.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and experience applying this in practice.
  • Experience using HR systems, data and reports to support HR activity.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards a recognised HR professional qualification.
