Senior HR Advisor - Full time contract - Onsite
Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: £38'000 per annum
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join our People Team. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll deliver a professional HR service across the business, supporting managers, enhancing employee engagement, and helping create an exceptional workplace culture. As a key link between departments, you'll play an important role in bringing teams together, fostering collaboration, and helping everyone work as one united holiday park, aligned with our values, goals and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, talent development and retention activities.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures and employee documentation.
- Produce HR reports and insights to support business decisions.
- Assist with payroll administration and ensure accurate people data.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and absence cases.
- Lead workplace investigations and support any internal hearings.
- Oversee training programmes, apprenticeships and external qualifications.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Cofton Holidays' values and culture.

About You
- Proven HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Confident managing complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
