KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This is a fixed-term role, covering a period of maternity leave within the HR team. It offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a fast-paced, high-growth luxury brand and make an immediate impact.
The Senior HR Advisor will support the delivery of the people strategy across the business, working closely with the CPO and the wider HR team to ensure day-to-day HR operations and business partnering activity continues to run smoothly during this period.
The role requires a strong generalist background, a hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across a broad remit from employee relations and HR process to supporting line managers and contributing to people projects.
The role works in close partnership with the HR Operations Lead, who is responsible for HR processes, systems and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Partnering & Support
- Support the delivery of the people agenda across the business, acting as a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact for line managers and leaders.
- Provide clear, pragmatic and commercially aware guidance on a range of people matters, helping managers to make sound and consistent people decisions.
- Build positive, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business, offering constructive support and challenge where appropriate.
Performance & Organisational Effectiveness
- Support the delivery of core people processes including performance management and talent reviews, ensuring these run smoothly and to agreed timelines.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture by providing consistent guidance and coaching to line managers on performance and expectations.
- Support any organisational design or restructuring activity as required, working closely with the CPO and HR Operations Lead.
- Help leaders build engaged and effective teams by providing practical, day-to-day people support.
Employee Relations & Case Management
- Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring risk is managed and outcomes are commercially sound.
- Coach and support managers to confidently handle performance, conduct, and absence issues.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in decision-making across the business.

Talent & Workforce Planning
- Support leaders on hiring plans, organisational structure and capability needs.
- Support recruitment of key roles, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
- Work closely with the wider People team to ensure effective onboarding and retention.
Engagement, Culture & Development
- Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and action plans, contributing to measurable impact across the business.
- Assist in the development of leadership capability through coaching and targeted support for line managers.
- Deliver training sessions where required (e.g. performance management, line manager training) to strengthen people management capability.
People Operations & Compliance
- Work closely with the HR Operations Lead to ensure effective delivery of HR processes, policies and compliance.
- Keep up to date with employment law developments across relevant regions, ensuring day-to-day application is compliant and practical.
- Support global mobility and visa processes where required.
Data, Reporting & Insight
- Support the delivery and interpretation of people data, using insight to identify risks and drive action.
- Support with the production of our regular reports for the CPO and Board, linking people metrics to business performance.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience operating as a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link people decisions to business outcomes.
- Ability to operate across both operational and advisory remits with a strong focus on delivery.
- Confident and credible with senior stakeholders; able to challenge and influence effectively.
- Strong employee relations experience with sound judgement and pragmatism.
- Comfortable working in a lean team and taking a hands-on approach.
- Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Monday – Friday 9-5.30pm.
- Hybrid working – minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Stage 1
- Teams call with Lead HR Business Partner to discuss application, interest in role, and suitability for the role.
Stage 2
- On-site Interview with the hiring manager and HR Operations Lead.
Stage 3
- Final interview with hiring manager and key stakeholder.
