Senior HR Business Analyst (FTC)

Application Deadline: 8 October 2026
Department: Project Management
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract
Location: Remote

Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Analyst to join a major HR transformation programme for a global organisation based in Germany. This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract (salaried role) with a strong likelihood of extension.

Working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping the future HR operating model, driving process improvements, and supporting the delivery of HR transformation initiatives. The role is predominantly remote, with occasional travel to Hamburg required to facilitate workshops and engage with key stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR transformation professional who enjoys working across target operating model design, process optimisation, business analysis, and change delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state HR operating models.
  • Lead process mapping and process improvement activities across key HR functions.
  • Support the design and implementation of HR transformation initiatives and HR technology solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories where required.
  • Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process standardisation and operational efficiency.
  • Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off.
  • Assist with change impact assessments, training materials, and business readiness activities.
  • Produce high-quality project documentation, including process maps, requirements documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and business leadership teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
