This is a high-impact role for someone who brings strong judgement, business acumen, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and execution. The successful candidate will build credibility through the quality of their insights and work, bring diverse perspectives together and enable better decision-making, and take ownership of advancing critical talent and organisational priorities.

- Provide advice on complex and sensitive talent matters, considering business needs, employee impact, risk, and long-term organisational health.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Own key talent and organisational priorities end-to-end, from defining the problem and developing a point of view through execution and measurement.
- Partner closely with the Head of People and global People teams to shape business priorities, address talent risks, and evolve the People operating model.
- Ensure regional insights inform global priorities and enterprise programs translate effectively across EMEA.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
