Senior HR Business Partner - Supply Chain & Commercial
Location: Runcorn - some travel
Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days home
Salary: £65,000–£70,000 DOE
Car allowance: £7,800
Bonus: 10%

Mission Search is delighted to be supporting a large international organisation in the healthcare sector as they appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner. This is a high-profile opportunity to join an organisation at an exciting point in its development and partner directly with senior leaders across Supply Chain and Group Commercial.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders including the COO, Group Commercial Director and their leadership teams, providing commercially focused HR advice and helping to shape people strategies that directly support business performance.
The Role
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into clear people plans.
- Provide credible, commercially focused HR advice at Board, Director and Head of Function level.
- Support workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead complex employee relations matters and ensure appropriate risk management.
- Work closely with recognised trade unions on consultation, pay discussions and wider industrial relations.
- Lead people-related change and transformation projects.
- Use workforce data and people insight to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Support succession planning, talent development and leadership capability.
- Manage, coach and support HR Delivery Managers across the depot network.
- Work closely with HR Shared Services and Centres of Expertise to ensure consistent and effective HR support.

About you
We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a strong background in supply chain or manufacturing.
- Significant senior HRBP experience.
- Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge.
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with recognised trade unions is highly desirable and would be a significant advantage.
- Experience supporting collective consultation and/or industrial relations.
- Experience delivering organisational change and transformation.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining close to operational realities.
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
