A highly regarded law firm is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join its collaborative HR team. Known for its strong reputation, relationship-driven culture, and commitment to excellence, the business operates in a complex, stakeholder-rich environment.

This is a visible and influential role, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organizational performance, and deliver practical HR solutions. You'll act as a trusted adviser, helping leaders navigate people challenges while supporting talent, engagement, change, and business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted HR adviser.
  • Supporting talent, succession, performance, and workforce planning activities.
  • Leading on complex employee relations matters and providing commercially balanced advice.
  • Using people data and insights to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Supporting organizational change initiatives and business transformation projects.
  • Partnering with specialist HR teams to deliver joined-up people solutions.
  • Coaching and developing junior HR team members.

You will bring:

  • Proven HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within professional services, legal, financial services, or another complex corporate environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at senior levels.
  • Excellent employee relations knowledge and sound employment law understanding.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, talent management, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • A commercial mindset combined with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
