Are you looking for an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the transformation of a global, private equity-backed technology business?

We are partnering with a high-growth software organisation serving the global manufacturing sector. With c.1,500 employees across North America, EMEA and APAC, the business is undergoing a significant period of expansion, transformation and integration, supported by private equity investment and an ambitious growth agenda. The company is also at the forefront of AI-driven innovation, leveraging emerging technologies to strengthen both its customer proposition and internal operating model.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially-minded Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while helping shape the future of the organisation during a critical phase of its journey.

The Opportunity

Reporting to a senior HR leader, this role goes far beyond a traditional HRBP remit. You will operate as a strategic partner and trusted deputy, supporting large-scale organisational change, leadership development, talent initiatives and business transformation programmes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
