Loom Talent are working exclusively on a Senior HR Business Partner role in Manchester working for a logistics and distribution giant.
This is an exciting position setting up a fulfilment centre from scratch to launch in the new year.
What They Are Looking For
This role is going to suit someone who has worked within a logistics or 3PL organisation throughout their career. Someone who is comfortable and familiar with that ever changing, busy environment and au fait with the challenges of the industry.

Finally, you will come with experience of setting up a function from scratch, implementing the processes, policies and local strategic plans in line with the business strategy.
The Role
This is a senior HR position - one that will report to the HR Director for EMEA and partner closely with senior stakeholders throughout the organisation.

Due to the size of the business being in rapid growth phase the role will be exceptionally varied and ever changing.
Operational/transactional elements of HR will be supported by AI, so this is a solely strategic role.
The focus will be setting up the site, ensuring it is fit for purpose for rapid growth, focusing on recruitment initially.
If you have experience working in logistics/3PL/distribution, are comfortable setting up sites from scratch (you will be the first head!!!), and have a strategic head with a personable approach then I would love to hear from you!
